Sharon Lollio has invited you to the event 'Pre Colbeck/Hertel Gas Tax Debate Gathering!!!' on Rattle With Us Tea Party!  Just a reminder about the debate this Tuesday, October 20th. Hope to see plenty of Colbeck and "No New Taxes" support in Lansing.

Time: October 20, 2015 from 12pm to 2:30pm
Location: Central United Methodist Church
Organized By: Taxpayers driving for the truth!

Event Description:

Senator Colbeck's "Fix the Roads Without Raising Taxes" debate challenge has been accepted.  It's Colbeck vs. Hertel from 1:30 - 2:15 on the 3rd floor of the Capitol in the Senate Appropriation room.  It is open to the public.
Prior to the debate all engaged taxpayers will be gathering from 12 noon till 1:15 at the Central United Methodist Church, 215 N. Capital in Lansing (map here).

There will be a presentation of the torturous journey and multiple proposals to fund Michigan road repairs. This includes Prop. 1 that went down in glorious, richly deserved defeat just last May.

If you have any letters or messages for your representative bring them along.  We intend to have someone video statements to your legislator should you decide to go that route.

Bring a sack lunch and/or some snacks to share!  This is true grassroots at its best.

The Gadsden Center supports the road funding plan put forward by State Senator Patrick Colbeck. It is a workable plan which fixes Michigan's roads without raising taxes on working families or businesses.
